Please check the printed label of the Server System.The serial number is listed directly below the barcode.The serial number can be found on the side of chassis(1) or the top of the chassis cover(2).

Please check the printed label of the Server System.The serial number is listed directly below the barcodeThe serial number can be found on the back of chassis.
Server Motherboard
Please check the printed label of the Server mother board.The serial number is listed directly below the barcode.

[Server Clients] How to request a Server Advance Replacement Service (ARS)
3 Steps to request Server Advance Replacement Service (ARS) RMA
Fill out and submit Advance Replacement Service (ARS) RMA request online
ASUS shall process the request and ship out part(s).
Server client shall return original part(s) back to ASUS within 14 days.
Required Information for Server products ONLY:
To apply for Advance Replacement Service (ARS) we will require the following information:
Server product Serial Number, Server Model Name, part number(s)
Server problem description
Proof of purchase (may be requested if Serial Number shows Out of Warranty)
Contact Information and Shipping information
Server product Customer Induced Damage (CID) or Out-of-Warranty (OOW) Information:
Customer Induced Damage (CID) server products and Out-of-Warranty (OOW) server products are not eligible for Advance Replacement Service (ARS).
